MR. STEPHEN MALLOWAH
Stephen is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a commercial lawyer with over 30 years of post-qualification experience. He specializes in several areas of law, including project finance. He also advises clients on regulatory compliance, public policy, and legislative engagement.
Stephen is known for his pioneering work in PPPs in Kenya, where he has advised both public and private entities on large PPP projects. He is also a respected academician who has taught at institutions such as the Kenya School of Law. In addition, he is a certified Corporate Governance trainer.
