The National Treasury through the Public Private Partnerships (PPP) Directorate has invited representations from the general public on the ‘Draft Public Private Partnerships Regulations, 2022’.
The submissions may be forwarded via email to gmagara@pppunit.go.ke and addressed to the National Treasury Principal Secretary. Hand delivered representations are to be submitted at the 6th Floor, Kenya Reinsurance Plaza on Taifa Road at the PPP Directorate offices on or before 30th November 2022 by 5.00pm.
