Head of Monitoring & Evaluation
Wycliffe has over 20 years of experience in Monitoring, Learning, and Evaluation (MLE) for government-funded as well as donor-funded development programs/projects and over 10 years in MLE for PPP Projects.
He has vast experience in MLE in project/program design, design of Theory Of Change (TOC) planning, preparation of reports, development of MLE frameworks including design of KPIs, monitoring, program performance reviews, program learning, appraisal of projects/programs.
He is also well grounded in MLE related compliance reviews/advisory for both government-funded and donor-funded projects/programs, data management, measurement of outcomes and impacts, and leading continuous improvement interventions in projects/programs/institutions.
Wycliffe has been involved in MLE-related work for Micro Small Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), Startups, and Social Enterprises focusing on key development areas such as job creation and youth empowerment.
