The PPP Directorate welcomed a delegation from Namibia on a benchmarking mission to gain insights into Kenya’s Public-Private Partnership (PPP) framework and implementation.
In his opening remarks, Director General Eng. Kefa Seda highlighted Kenya’s PPP journey, reflecting on key milestones and the Directorate’s role in facilitating infrastructure development through public-private collaboration.
The Namibian delegation, led by Hileni Stefanus, Acting Director and Deputy Director, PPP Capacity Building and Outreach, noted that the visit seeks to benchmark Kenya’s PPP framework, learn from its successes and challenges, and strengthen Namibia’s PPP programme.
The benchmarking mission reinforces the importance of regional collaboration and knowledge sharing in advancing sustainable infrastructure development.
